Sam Perrin of Design Builders and his team were asked to add an extension and carry out some renovations to an existing home in Hamurana, which is nestled in a rural New Zealand setting and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We take a look at their Master Builders House of the Year entry for 2022.

The project morphed from an extension into a full-scale renovation. The home has been cleverly brought right up to date and now has a warm, welcoming feel, with several delightful indoor and outdoor living spaces for the home owners to enjoy.
Working alongside Steiner Interiors Gerrand Floorings provided both carpet and timber flooring for the renovation.
The carpet chosen was Feltex Carpets - Salisbury in colour Solstice.
