With sustainability in mind, the north-facing layout allows light into the living spaces, bringing it all the way from the raking ceilings to the polished concrete floors. An insulated slab, low-e glazing, and superior wall and roof insulation ensure the home is efficient to heat and cool.

A cedar wall in the main living space adds texture and warmth to the otherwise crisp interiors, like the all-white kitchen. Cedar boards wrap around to the hallway ceiling and marry beautifully with the exterior cladding.
